Black carpet looks great in houses that have dark interior furniture and wallpaper. Black carpets blend in perfectly and don’t allow stains to show up as much as white or lighter colored carpets. Having a black carpet is also considered unique because many people don’t have black colored carpets. Black carpets are not as common though nowadays due to the fact that people are shying away from darker furniture.
